Amazing chair, but absolutely terrible customer service

I can’t wait to finally change this to five stars if once and for all I could finally get some support. Despite the cost of this chair, it did not come with instructions. It also did not appear to come with a charger and online I read that the chair was supposed to have a charger Specific for this chair. When I called, I was told that yes, the chair was supposed to have a charger and that they would send the instructions and the charger immediately. That was three weeks ago. I’ve had multiple emails that have gone unanswered. Finally, this week I received a response that we’re sorry for the confusion, but the chair does not come with a charger as it uses a standard USB-C charging cable. Still nothing about instructions and I have no idea where I would plug this in as there is no obvious place for a USB-C cord to go in. Also, does it charge at 45 W at 65 W at 150 W what should the rate of charge be?
I have left other reviews that are all removed so beware they only allow the reviews that they like.
This is an amazing chair. And again IThis is an amazing chair. And again I would love to give them five stars and I would love to talk about what a fantastic chair that it is even without having any instructions, etc. But come on guys get your act together and solve this simple issue.

Comfortable, helps improve posture

The massage and heat are strong; the reclined positions are nice. The upright is very upright, and requires the seat to be slid forward - an easy adjustment with the lever. The armrests, seat, headrest, and low back have a range of adjustments, so I have easily been able to find a sweet spot in each of the positions from upright to fully laid back. I've had the chair for two weeks now, work 8 plus hours in it each day, and notice I am sitting more correctly at the end of each day with reduced back and hip issues. I would not go back to my Herman Miller chair, although it was also nice, just missing features that make this a better all-day chair for me.
