Make sure you put the lumbar part on the back of your chair before you attach it, other than that was easy enough to figure out. I watched a tutorial online that helped. Started getting reall sore on one side after using it a couple of days, it's a mesh chair, found I needed to add a cushion and the pain went away, so maybe next time the cushion option enstead of the mesh seat would have been wiser for a 75 year old??? I think so, but other than that love the lumbar support!
I do like the chair a lot. This is my first professional chair and i will say i do enjoy the comfort of it. 10/10
