I've owned a lot of chairs in my time, some of which cost thousands of dollars; the HBADA E3 Ultra is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The lower back support is the best. I would recommend this chair to my friends and family.
I have been using the same chair for years and have been wanting to get a new chair. I have done research and this chair kept popping up, so I decided to go for it and this was a fantastic idea. The chair is so unbelievably comfortable. I absolutely love the leg rests, being able to put my feet up and lean back is incredible.
At first when I started assembling the chair, I thought it was really high quality given the metal basis. After it was fully assembled, it was all down hill. There are a lot of adjustments, but none of them stay in place. I lift the lumbar support into a high position, and it immediately just drops back down as there is nothing to lock it into place. At first I thought I had to be missing something on the adjustment levers, but I'm not. The back of the chair also does the same thing. It can be moved up or down, but no matter the position, it won't stay in place, and immediately drops to the lowest position. Also the mesh seat provides no cushion and is so close the hard plastics below that you end up sitting on hard plastic. I had to add a separate cushion just to sit in the chair. Super disappointed in the chair.

Regarding the issue with the lumbar support, we would like to clarify that it is designed to be lockable. It seems there might have been some confusion during assembly or adjustment. I bought the chair for my daughter and my wife loved it so much she made me order one for her,
1. Assembly quite a chore for such an expensive product. 2. Adjustments are not intuitive, but with practice are improving. 3. The instruction manual is visually hard to read, small type and low contrast with background. Presumably translated from another language, English is awkward at best. Not up to the standard of the price paid for the product.
