Ultra chair was advertised with Pro arms and is still incorrect on their page. As the other review stated - the arms tilt too easily and not what I thought I was getting. Expect several days between replies and then being ignored. I’ve sent several emails and are not getting assistance on fixing the issue.
The offer of $20 compensation for a false advertisement issue is insulting.
I have a problem with step 5 of the installation. The C screws are not going all the way in and are very hard to turn. I don't know if they are oversized or the screw holes are too small. I got two out, and one is stuck halfway. The A wrench no longer fits because of overuse. Does anyone have the same issue? I'm really disappointed.
I've owned a lot of chairs in my time, some of which cost thousands of dollars; the HBADA E3 Ultra is the most comfortable chair I have ever owned. The lower back support is the best. I would recommend this chair to my friends and family.
I bought the chair for my daughter and my wife loved it so much she made me order one for her,
I have waited several days past seeing that the chair has been delivered back to HBADA, and have not recieved a refund. I also have not got any response. I will be contacting the BBB if this is not resolved.
