I have purchased several of these chairs after doing an ergonomic assessment for co-workers. The lumbar support is good. It can be moved up and down according to height. The armrest can also move to fit individuals.
It is good and widely adjustable. Lumbar support is quite comfortable. I will suggest to buy the supreme when there is a sale. Aluminum base bracket and back bracket are sturdy so that no need to worry when leaning back. Not sure if the other two versions have metal base (official site says they are both plastic, but there are different pictures of them, some look like metal). 115-degree tilting is good enough. 3D armrests that other versions don't have are good.
However, one arm rest was much tighter than the other when sliding it. And one side had wrong spring plunger slots (as shown, check out the yellow scratches), then the clicking feedback was missing when turning to horizontal position. It is acceptable since it still has feedbacks from gear slots. I drilled the slots by myself. Footrest is prickly on the edges, need to be sanded first to gain the best experience.

Such a fantastic build quality, sturdiness, comfort. Competitors have over 2 or 4 times the same price without even the option for feet rest. At the beginning I wasn't looking for it but now that I have the feet rest I can't imagine living without it. I'm sitting quite a few hours every day at my desk and now after the gym the feet rest is like a dream.

Recently purchased the chair. Generally I am quite pleased with the chair, Based on use, I have a few suggestions.
1. Back recline - this should be graduated with "stops" at smaller intervals. I couldn't find an incline angle I liked.
2. Arm rests - I found these a bit "clunky", example, forward & backward adjustment. The rests rotate horizontally if I use those to turn the chair around (no lock in place).
3. Lumbar - while the back rest can slide up/down, the positioning of the lumber itself should be adjustable, in/out and vertical up/down angle.
4. Neck rest - similar to lumber (3 above). There's no way I can rest my neck while in a siting position, it's too fat back.
