How to Use Your Gift Card

• Enter the gift card code in the designated field at checkout.
• The available balance can be applied toward products, shipping fees, and applicable taxes.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
• The full balance does not need to be used at once. Any remaining balance stays on the original gift card and can be used for future purchases.
• If the gift card balance does not cover the full order total, the remaining amount can be paid using another payment method available at checkout.
• Multiple gift cards may be applied to the same order.
• Eligible discount codes may also be applied when paying with a gift card.
• Gift card balance and details can be viewed through the link included in the gift card email.
• You may use the gift card yourself or share the code with its intended recipient.

Refunds

• If a product purchased with a gift card is returned, the eligible refund amount will generally be credited back to the original gift card.
• Once refunded, the balance on the original gift card will be updated automatically, and the same gift card code can continue to be used.
• Returning a product purchased with a gift card does not automatically deactivate the gift card.
• If the original order used more than one payment method, the refund allocation may depend on how the refund is processed.
• If the order used to purchase the gift card itself is refunded, the corresponding gift card will be deactivated and can no longer be used.

Important Terms

• HBADA Gift Cards are valid exclusively on the HBADA website and cannot be used through third-party stores or marketplaces.
• Gift cards may be transferred to and used by another person.
• Gift cards are valid for five years from the date of issue.
• Promotions applicable to the purchase of a gift card may differ from promotions applicable to products.
• Please keep the gift card code and email secure. Anyone with access to the code may be able to use the available balance.
• Refund eligibility remains subject to HBADA’s applicable return and refund policies.
