1. Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in countries where the HBADA US Store operates and where participation is permitted by applicable law.
To participate, you must:
· Provide a valid email address.
· Accept these Terms & Conditions.
· Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
HBADA reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at its sole discretion.
2. Referral Rewards
For Referrers:
· Earn a 5% cash reward based on the final purchase value of each Qualified Referral.
· Rewards are paid via PayPal approximately 30 days after the referred order is successfully delivered, provided the order has not been returned, refunded, or cancelled.
· The PayPal account must be associated with the same email address used to register for the Referral Program.
For Referred Friends:
· Receive 5% off your first eligible purchase when using a valid referral link or referral code.
· The referral discount cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to additional promotional restrictions.
3. Qualified Referral
A referral is considered qualified only when all of the following conditions are met:
· The purchase is completed through the unique referral link provided by HBADA.
· The referred customer is a new customer who has not previously placed an order with HBADA using the same email address, payment method, device, browser session, or IP address.
· The purchase is completed on the official HBADA US Store.
· The order is successfully delivered and is not cancelled, refunded, or returned within 30 days of delivery.
· The order meets any minimum purchase requirements specified by HBADA.
If an order is refunded or returned during the eligible period, the corresponding referral reward will be cancelled.
4. Referral Link Usage
Referral links are intended for personal sharing only. Participants may share their referral links with friends, family, colleagues, or through personal social media channels, provided such sharing complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Referral links may not be:
· Sold or transferred to others.
· Distributed through paid advertising without HBADA's prior written approval.
· Published on coupon, cashback, or deal aggregation websites unless expressly authorized by HBADA.
· Used in spam, unsolicited commercial emails, or other abusive marketing practices.
5. Prohibited Activities
To ensure fairness for all participants, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
· Self-referrals.
· Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional rewards.
· Using fake identities, fraudulent orders, or manipulated purchases.
· Sharing misleading or inaccurate information about the Referral Program.
· Using bots, automated systems, or other methods to artificially generate referrals.
· Any activity that violates HBADA's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.
HBADA reserves the right to investigate any suspected abuse and may withhold or revoke rewards where fraudulent or abusive activity is identified.
6. Promotions & Coupon Compatibility
Referral discounts may not be combinable with other promotional offers unless expressly stated.During special campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, or limited-time events, the eligibility and stackability of referral discounts will be governed by the Terms & Conditions of the applicable promotion.
7. Reward Review
All referral transactions are subject to verification.HBADA may delay, withhold, or cancel referral rewards while reviewing suspicious activity or determining eligibility.HBADA's decision regarding the validity of referrals and rewards shall be final.
8. Changes to the Referral Program
HBADA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.Any abuse of the Referral Program may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending or unpaid rewards.
