You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

After shipment handover to carriers:

- United States: 5-7 business days (continental), 7-10 days (Alaska/Hawaii)

- United Kingdom: 3-5 business days (mainland), 5-7 days (Northern Ireland/Highlands)

- Canada: 5-8 business days depending on province

Expedited shipping options are not currently available for standard consumer orders.

The chair has to be in the same condition as when you got it, with all the parts, packaging, and extras that came with it.
